Title: Refueling Fenix a320

Can anyone please list what you have to do to enable the fuel truck to start fueling when linked to the tablet in the Fenix a320 including settings in the GSX menu ? I have tried every combination but cannot get it to work together. Can never get "please use your aircraft fuel system..."voice message to appear.
