Title: Why not boarding and catering in parallel?

 It would save a lot of turn around time if we are able to board pax and do catering at the same time. I don't think there will be vehicle conflicts as they happen on opposite sides of the aircraft at least for CRJ. Taking it a bit further if pax are boarding thru jetways then baggage can be loaded on other side. I know this wasn't possible in p3d but does msfs make it easier to implement?  Thanks.

In real life you get congestion in the galley area with boarding pax and catering trollies. Same in the sim.

 ok makes sense.. if its done that way in real life, fair enough.. i can wait in the sim too..  :)
