Title: Couatl.exe not opening

Every time I try to open up the Couatl, I get this message. I have tried completely reinstalling gsx with no avail. This started after I reinstalled it because of an issue. How do I fix?

That error looks like Windows libraries missing, try these link:

https://aka.ms/vs/17/release/vc_redist.x64.exe

Download it and restart Windows
