Title: How to rotate a Pax Gate?
Post by: alexm90 on September 02, 2022, 07:13:03 pm
Hi everyone,

i am trying to create a custom airport profile with walk-in gates at LQBK (Banja Luka, a freeware from flightsim.to). I am at stand B2 and want to creat a custom path for the pax to leave the terminal and board the plane. I am able to create the waypoints, I can move them, but I can't rotate them (in the parking editor you rotate an object with 1 and 3 on the num-pad, but that doesnt work here) The problem is, that the pax gate is parallel aligned with the aircraft exit and the terminal entry is tilted. How can I rotate the first waypoint "Pax Gate"? Or what am I doing wrong here?

Best,
Alex

Passenger waypoints can't be rotated, because opposite to Pushback points, which are in fact Control Points of a smooth spline curve (so their rotation matters), they are just waypoints, so you control the heading of the path taken by passengers with the heading between a waypoint and the next one.
