There should be a way to keep the GSX menu/window open until I manually minimize or close it. If I am selecting services one at a time, each time I select something (request fuel for example), the menu closes and I have to re-open it to select something else. Also when this happens, the menu bar seems to think the window is still open, so I have to select GSX twice to get it to reappear.

Please read the manual, Page 66-67, which explain how the menu works, and how it closes automatically depending on context, for the precise reason of saving you to click twice to reopen it.

Is it possible to add a setting to make the automatic close optional?
Many times it closes while still active, which requires two presses to get it open again. As I mentioned on a different thread, this seems to also mess with the ability of GSX to present the options for deboarding the crew. It seems like the system wants you to just wait while something completes and rely on the menu opening again when needed. However, we may want to be doing other things in the menus while boarding or fueling.

Yes, we are working on it, because it's also required when pinning it on a secondary monitor or using VR.
