Hi Umberto,
What does /JS mean instead of /J on airport gates? At 514 at EGLL, it says there's no gate available even though it's in the configuration and the Fenix can call it. And the code is /JS, not J... so is that indicating a problem?
Thanks,
Ollie
Not sure if it's relevant, but the gate is very near 513, and when parked at 514, the 513 VDGS is active...

Are you using a custom profile for that airport ?
If that profile was originally converted from P3D, the /JS means it was a GSX/SODE created jetway, possibly customized. It shouldn't affect jetways in MSFS, since they are handled very differently but, if the profile was converted from P3D and the scenery has some changes, like parking numbers or names different, the custom profile should be updated as well, otherwise GSX would have troubles associating a jetway with a parking.

I've made the GSX profile from scratch within MSFS... never owned P3D!!

Have you added EGLL to the list of Disabled ICAO in the GSX Config (or any other 3rd party airport for that matter ) ?
-
Yes, EGLL and a whole list of other 3rd party _jetway.bgls are disabled in the Jetway Config (nothing in Airport Services is disabled). I put the EGLL.bgl in the MSFS GSX folder because it wasn't recognised by default.
I think it relates to proximity to 513... when I say 'customise this position', it launches the config for 513, not 514 (and the 513 VDGS lights up when parked on 514).
