why that wen a start manualy the coualt engine a see it on my tool bar and when a start flight sim it desapire and when the games start i have a message that the coualt engine as not start a did try to use they outside installer but a got and error message see the attach file

The Couatl program started, the message about not starting was likely because it was still regenerating the airport cache, so you only had to wait. The Couatl Tray Bar icon will tell you when cache has completed loading.
The error you see is precisely because you tried to start the Offline installer when Couat64_MSFS.exe was running.
