Title: no passengers walking at boarding stage

I am at LEVC and when i start the boarding proces, there  isn't any avatar waliking through the jetway , i am using the GSX jetways
Can anybody explain me what  is the problem and how to fix it?

Please clarify it you are referring to a 3rd party airport or a default airport.

i am at YMHB (NZsimultions) and i only get 1 passenger boarding and crew walking through a closed rear door on the FBW a320nx hmm not impressed and i am using the latest update

Interesting similar problem also with FBW A320. I have tried with Simbrief pax set on AUTO and also set on 155 passengers still see no boarders. Jetway connected, 3rd party excluded.
