Title: GSX PRO with Stream Deck elgato
Post by: maor561 on August 29, 2022, 04:48:09 pm
Is there a way to control GSX using Stream Deck | elgato  ?

Maybe someone happens to have a profile?

I think it would be awesome!!!

Hi,

yes it is.... i am experimenting with the PilotsDeck Plugin (https://github.com/Fragtality/PilotsDeck) to control Pilots & Crew Boarding (By pressing a button enable/disable)... its very WIP (first i try to understand how lvar's work and how to format buttons to display different states not to have e.g. # PAX Total #Pax To Board ... want to have a button that shows "# PAX Boarded/# PAX Total, e.g. 123/184) etc.

Only the 4 Crew/Pilots Boarding/DeBoarding are Buttons... the buttons have to be pushed right before initiating Boarding/DeBoarding.

A slightly updated version below

Yes, I understand that only these four buttons are push buttons
But they don't work for me
They don't really start the boarding/deboarding

still not working!

Is it possible to press a button for boarding/deboarding for passengers as well?
And maybe in the future also fuel?

They dont start the Boarding or DeBording.
They are to select either the Crew to Board before the passengers or not.....

To initiate the Bording, you have to select it in the GSX Menu; currently there is no solution to start it outside the gsx menu

Well, not exactly, we only need to document it, which is something we'll do, once we'll start discussing about integration with other products, since it's likely the system will change.

Yes, I made a sophisticated Streamdeck profile for GSX which is constantly updated. Check it out at https://de.flightsim.to/file/39450/gsx-pro-streamdeck-profile

Does this work with P3d too ??

I think so. Since I don't have P3D and can't tell for sure. But AAO also works with P3D so I don't see anything why it shouldn't work. Just try it...
