Title: virtuali folder empty

and Couldn't find valid airport data at this position, services are not available
Installed, unistalled, reintalled, used the offline installer and I can't get it to work
any help? Please?

There are two "virtuali" folders, one in %APPDATA% which is supposed to be empty if you haven't changed any setting, and another one in %PROGRAMDATA% which is normal to be empty after a Live Update, but not after starting the sim and the Couatl engine.

In any case, you should have followed the instructions posted here and submit an diagnostic log:
