Title: Belt loader animation too fast

Assuming this is already a known issue but if not... the belts and the guardrails on the belt loaders go up very quickly, almost instantaneously, and out of sync with the mechanical sound that's associated with them.

We know that, but it's something so minor that will be looked at when more pressing matters are solved.
