bei der Animationen scheint noch was fehlerhaft zu laufen oder was ist das?

Your problem is surely trying to use an unsupported airplane, as explained in other threads, we just added the Passenger variant for the PMDG 737-800, the other variants will come soon.

I have proven all points the vehicles know where they have to go only the drivers do not see how they see

Surely not because, I can see a baggage cart completely reversed, which indicates the configuration of the doors is wrong.

Not possible to say without looking at all other doors, which it's better done by posting you GSX.CFG file. However, as already explained in other posts, PMDG airplanes are a special case, and need to be supported internally first, before they can be used.
