Title: Fenix A320, jetway not operating

I tried deboarding at LEBL, gate 228. Airport is payware from LVFR, excluded with GSX installer (otherwise I get duplicated overlapping jetways).
When passengers deboard, jetway does not move, so passengers are walking through the air.
I try toggling the jetway from the Fenix EFB, but it does not move.
Is this a bug, or am I dong something wrong?

Thanks but the problem is not the jetway not docking properly. The problem is that the jetway does not move at all, neither via GSX automation nor  the EFB command in the Fenix.
I will try that at other airports, both default and custom…

Exactly, nothing to do with GSX, you are just reporting a jetway from a 3rd party airport using its own custom jetway model not working with the Fenix. Couldn't be any different from GSX, we send the same standard command to dock it as the Fenix does.
