Title: What happens when an airport is not found in the ICAO search?

hello, i just run the FSDT Universal installer, click on the update for GSX, and then went to Config. Since i bought a third party airport LGSK, i wanted to find this in the ICAO search. However, it does
not appear. What does this mean? can i still use GSX on this airport?

It means there's nothing for you to do, it will just work.

If an airport is not listed there, it means it didn't had any jetways by default, so GSX doesn't come with a Jetway replacement file you would have to exclude.
