That's because you don't know what the VFR requirements at an airport are...  :D Just Kidding! ;D

Its called the "152 Rule" by pilots but, the FAA call it The Ceiling and Visibility requirements for VFR Flight, which are
1000ft above/500ft below and 2000ft horizontally with visibility 3 miles or greater.  As long as those requirements are meet, its OK! ;)

There was a storm brewing over the Pacific and the Coast guard was "prep'in" for it...
