Title: Jetway taxi lines hovering above ground

This is hard to capture in a picture, but does anyone else notice that all of the jetway markings at the interisland terminal (parking lines and guide lines) are "hovering" about 1 ft off the ground?

Yep...I've seen it too.  Not all of them but some of them certainly are.  In addition, at night some of the lighting effects are actually a couple of feet to the right of the actual lights????

Best way I can capture this problem, the 172 is in the same spot in all 3 photos but notice how the jetway lines intersect the wheel struts:
