Hi,
If I have an add-on airport (simwings EDDH), do I also see people walking in a glass jetway during boarding? Or is this only possible with a Jetway from GSX Pro? If so, how can I replace the jetways in 3prd party Airports ?

Passengers can use any jetway, that's why it's best to disable GSX jetway replacement files in the Config panel, so you'll surely use the jetway from the scenery add-on.

I did that but I could not see any people walking from the terminal in the jetway into the aircraft (PMDG 737-700). Do I have to adjust anything else? Or do I have to make a new route for the people?

Working fine making as we speak new paths form the Brussel terminals 8) cool feature
Also run the config file to exclude files for 3d party addon otherwise you end up with double gates :-)

thanks for your Information.
But when I restart a flight in MSFS 2020, I can start boarding right away, right? I don't have to do deboarding first ? Have you tried the PMDG 737 with GSX ?

Have you found a fix for that? I dont see pax with the add-onn jetways, only with FSDT Jetways :(
Create waypoints did also not work :(

Have you updated GSX today? He pushed a fix for that about 22 hours ago and it worked for me. I see passengers on the 737 on custom airports with their own jetways, while I did not before that update.

DId you create waypoints or was it working without creating something? :)
EDIT: Just ran the updater again and yes the Pax are visible now but they seems to be drunken cause the jetway is not where they are walking (in the air)....

I can confirm the odd behavior at LOWW by Gaya.

Similar behavior at EDDM from Aerosoft.
As far as I understood by reading some posts in this forum, GSX is using the jetway path by taking the connection point at the aircraft and the center of the jetway where it is connected to the terminal, as it cannot check the geometry of the custom jetways due to data accessibility limitations.
That would mean, that e.g. for EDDM the "real" jetway designed by Aerosoft (1) is not going from the aircraft to the building (2) but through the building and connect somewhere to the terminal (3), as the people are walking through the air even after the jetway?

My assumption was they would only go along the red line, and "leave" at the red cross. Therefore I made pax waypoints (shown in green) for them to leave the building at the green cross.
But what they are in fact doing is, that they travel along the orange line, hover into the building and return back to the first pax point from where they follow the green route.
So somehow GSX sees in the Aerosoft airport file a jetway which is invisible for the user?
Can someone maybe explain? I guess that would be something we have to address to Aerosoft and also to Gaya for LOWW correct?
