I had a similar issue and did a complete reinstall. Seems to have fixed the issue.

This is normal if you try to add KORD V2 manually to P3D V5, it won't work, because the add-on.xml for V5 is different than the V4 one, and only the KORD V2 installer will create a correct version for each sim, in addition to add the actual files required by P3D V5.
