Title: trial mode menu

Has anyone had a problem of all programs going to trial mode. I purchased GSX, Level 2 Expansion and ZurichX programs in Sept. 2019. They worked fine for a while, then started to deteriorate. They finally stopped altogether. I looked them up in the"Add- On Manager" and found all 3 have been set aside as "trial mode only". Any suggestions? I'd like to purchase more but need to solve this first. Thank you.

What do you mean with "starting to deteriorate" ? It's not very clear.
