Hi,
Weird issue I've encountered today in MPTO by FsimStudios (not saying it is scenery add on related).
When triggering boarding sequence in the GSX menu (using PMDG 737 NGXu, in gate 46) GSX appeared to start the boarding process however after ~1-2 mins all vehicles froze.
Triggering GSX menu did not do anything. Going to the P3D menu and choosing restart Couatl was unresponsive and did nothing (vehicles remained).
Restarted P3D and started the same scenario/sequence with the same results.
What could be the issue?
Thanks,
Shomron

Does this means it happens only on that airport ? Is this airport using SODE jetways ?

Correct it happens only in this airport.
The airport does use SODE.

Any idea?
Btw the following time I ran P3D GSX/Couatl did not load at all meaning did not appear in the drop down menu.
And this was in a totally different flight.
Running the live update solved it.

Please clarify, are the two sentences "Any idea?" and "Running the live update solved it" related to the same thing. Basically, it is solved, or not ?

Just landed at MPTO and am experiencing the same issues. When I activated the jetway, a few minutes, GSX has stopped working. I tested other airports and it worked fine. I even had GAX Live Update a several times but to no avail to resolve this issues. Any advice?
