Did a few tests this morning.
KORDv2 and KJFKv2 crashing , nothing in event viewer that I could see (initially).
P3Dv4.5HF1 , rebooted PC before each new test.
F22 KDTW
Went to KGRR
Loaded PMDG 747
Went to KORDv2
PMDG747 loading at KORDv2
a few seconds later
Crash , P3D just vanished, back to desktop

Went to KORDv2
Loaded PMDG747 loading
a few seconds later
Crash , P3D just vanished, back to desktop

Went to KORDv2
Loaded the Alabeo PA31
a few seconds later
Crash , P3D just vanished, back to desktop

Went to KJFKv2
Loaded PMDG747 loading
a few seconds later
Crash , P3D just vanished, back to desktop
Event viewer error found : couatl error ucrtbase.dll
F22 KDTW
Went to KPSP (Orbx)
loaded PMDG747 loading / loaded ok
No crash

KORDv2 and KJFKv2 crashing , nothing in event viewer that I could see (initially).
The most likely explanation is, you moved your airplane to the new airport too quickly, when jetways at KORD or KJFK were still being created.

I will test again.
I will pay attention to when the crash happens.
In this test, for example, what should I modify?:

Just be sure all jetways has been loaded by GSX before switching airport. A tell tale of this is, if you are parked on a gate with parking brakes set, is the appearance of the Traffic Cones and the Fuel Manhole ( some airplanes have Traffic Cones disabled in their config ). Once you see either of them, you know it's safe to use GSX and/or move to a different airport.

Is this procedure something new just for FSDT KORDv2?
I just finished another test.
I loaded PMDG747 at KORDv2.
All ok.
I then went to KJFKv2.
Got this error (screenshot):
