Title: 342 passengers in one bus

Hello.
I have GSX and love it. Suddenly all passengers boarding and deboarding from/to one bus. When I have Qualitywings 787-9 on gate ca 342 passengers working in and from ONE bus. Earlier it was three buses. What  is wrong?

Has 'use multiple trips' been unchecked by error. GSX interface under the simulation page.
