Title: Jetways problem
Post by: jsmcwilliam on February 24, 2019, 04:51:26 pm
I run GSX Level 2 under P3DV4.4 and Windows 10. I had a problem installing new jetways in my FlyTampa Copenhagen scenery so in the end I decided to use the default jetways and this works just fine. Now I am trying to set up Manchester EGCC (default scenery) and have created the exclude file for a selection of gates around Gate 2. When I restarted the sim I found the new jetways to be off the ground at about 10m up in the air (see enclosed picture). Have you any suggestions as to what is going on here?

I thought all suitable gates at default airports were changed to SODE with GSX L2.

I should have searched the forum from the start because the answer was there!! Disable the offending airport in Orbx Global Vector.

That was an early solution, but the best solution now is to use the small airplane icon in the top-right corner of the GSX parking customization page that reads "Ground Elevation", which automatically corrects the elevation of any scenery that cause an elevation conflict.
