Hi!
I'm trying to set up the passenger doorway for Aerosoft's DHC6 (Twin Otter Extended).
I'm not sure why, but whenever I ask for Boarding or Deboarding, I get a message saying there are no stairs and therefore passengers won't be visible. I have tried following the steps in the manual, ensuring outermost edge of the upper step (start of stairs) and outer most edge of the lower step (end of stairs) are set. I have also tried rotating the exit (Exit 3) by 180 degrees in case the door was set in the wrong direction. Nothing seems to fix this. I have pasted the resulting file below in case you are able to offer any help.
The file I have at the moment looks like this:

Set Exit3 as Preferred exit, or remove it and use Exit1 in its place. Don't be mislead by the graphic diagram: that's not restrictive, you can have Exit 1 before or after the wings, or Exit4 in front the airplane, it doesn't matter.
