error continues on multiple aircraft and airports.

couatl v3.2 (build 4057)
panic log started on Sat Nov  3 20:22:10 2018

problem raised by addon <unknown>
Traceback (most recent call last):
File ".\common\fsm.py", line 73, in executeDoFuncToCompletion
File ".\GSX\assistanceServices\__init__.py", line 1808, in do

Problem resolves once aircraft is deleted from \AppData\Roaming\Virtuali\aircraft folder. If you customize the AC fueling location again error will return.

Any suggestions?

I have the same exact error when I use to fuel PMDG 737 NGX.  All other functions are working fine.  Here is the error log:

I also get the error on refueling the 787-8 and 787-9.  Worked fine with the 777-200.  I haven't tried with the 747 and 737 yet.

I'm only having the problem with the 787. I'm thinking maybe because the GSX config they shipped with it has the fuel truck come the left wing...

ok after spending the day playing around. I have discovered if the refueling point is placed on the left wing you will get an error. Center of fuselage and right wing no errors. Even though the 767 fuels on the left wing I guess I will have to be ok with the truck attaching to the right.  ;)

I concur that the problem occurs if the plane is setup to fuel under the LEFT wing.  I have been using PMDG 737 NGX for a long time and I setup the fueling location to be the LEFT wing instead of the default Right Wing.  The reason I was using the left wing is that when the large fuel truck comes in under the right wing, it is on top of the baggage loader.  Since I did not want to change the default configuration of the loaders, I simply changed the fueling location.  Up until the last update on November 2, this was working perfectly fine.  The problem started after this update.  However, when I reverted back to the default (Right Wing fueling) on my NGX, refueling was working fine without any error message.

Umberto, please look into this problem to fix it the way it was prior to the latest update.  Thank you.

We always assumed the refueling point would be on the right, since on the left it will surely conflict with passenger stairs, ESPECIALLY now you can refuel while boarding!

There WAS a reason why we never allowed refueling while boarding before, and it was to prevent vehicle clashing. Now that you have more freedom, you must be more careful and, because of this, we assumed nobody would want to place a refueling point on the same side of the passenger stairs, now that you can refuel while boarding passengers.

So, we'll look into this but, most likely, the solution would be not allowing to have a refueling point on the same side of the passenger stairs so, just assume you must have it on the left.
