Title: Config for KSMF

GSX scenery configuration file for the IDS KSMF (published by Aerosoft). Only jetways have been changed (vehicle positions, stop bars, etc. have not). Let me know if there are any issues and I'll see if I can fix them.

Updated my IDS Sacramento configuration file. Only affects the terminals (A and B); other parking spaces remain unchanged.

Changelog:

• Fixed jetways - properly connected jetways to terminal buildings, adjusted length as needed
• Adjusted parking positions of aircraft (Adjusted using A320s for Terminal A, 737s for Terminal B)
• Adjusted location of service vehicles (mainly based on scenery objects as well)
