Title: JFK V2 Jetways Mssing **SOLVED**

Hello,

Eversince getting GSX Level 2, my JFK jetways have been missing. I have an the live updater recently and nothing fixes it. I ran the control panel and have checked the restore default jetways and still nothing. Is there anyone experiencing this issue? Thanks!

UPDATE: Nevermind, was able to fix by replacing afcad files.

I am having the same issue.  No jetways at all at JFK v2 but I do at all other fsdt airports.

How did you replace the afcad file?

If you customized JFK before we added new jetways, you must remove your customization file for JFK here:

%APPDATA%\Virtuali\GSX

Because your customization file is taking precedence over the one that we updated to add jetways. Also, if you replaced/renamed the FSDT AFCAD with one with a different name, the whole customization won't be loaded, so you'll also won't see SODE jetways.

The parking customization page will tell you the name of the file used to customize the airport. If it's an FSDT airport, and you don't see the "Designer provided" indication, it means it's not using our customization, so you might have a problem.

That worked.  Yes I deleted a customization file and voila the jetways appeared.  Thanks so much for the advice.
