Well, in theory, a *very* smart developer might try his hands creating a full blown weapons system in FSX, but it's really a complex task (ex. it would require writing a physic model for weapons, guidance systems, etc. ), and once it's done, it will probably require specially designed airplanes to take advantadge of it. So, certainly not something that could apply to "our" F-18...

Heres a link to a weapons pack where there's is about 30 or 40 different weapons. Ranging from sidewinders to 1000 lb bombs.
