Hi Umberto,
I have found a probably issue in the GSX LVAR: if I am with the plane out of any parking, correctly the GSX menu not visualize any service command but if I read the LVAR variable (example for boarding) the value returned is 1 that means as you know: service can be called, instead I think 2 that means: service not available.
