Title: gsx not working

hey people i keep gettin an error message reading api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll fsx when i start fsx,i have tried a re-install and everything, any ideas?

The problem doesn't have anything to do with GSX (that's why it cannot be fixed by reinstalling it), and it's caused by a problem with your VC++ redistributable runtimes.
