Title: Attempt to start Pushback and get an odd error message

I want to start the pushback sequence and I get this odd message.

It states that the user has disabled GSX.  To my knowledge I never intentionally disabled GSX. 

I have reinstalled GSX with no luck.  Pushback is my favorite part of GSX and I would like it back.

I am running P3d v4.0. 

GSX was working after updating to 4.0 so I do not believe that is the source of this issue.

Has anyone else seen this?

Run the FSDT Live Update.
