Title: Runway error?

Hello everyone, I seem to be running into an issue with the runway setup. When I start a new flight ground tells me to taxi to RWY 36 and when it tells all the other aircraft they disappear and so does all the landing traffic.  Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.
