Title: Using the Ground traffic option

Hi,
I am getting this in P3Dv4 using the ground traffic option disabling via the CTRL+F12 menu. (memphis menu) (btw is ground traffic not used anymore via the addon manager ? )

I have Vector installed lately but not tested without it

It might be an issue with their Airport Elevation Correction utility, which still doesn't support the official P3D add-on package installation method we use now, so it cannot fix the errors their products cause to all 3rd party sceneries, which that utility is supposed to fix.
