Title: P3Dv4 Afcad problem, duplicate parkings

I downloaded IAH and ran the updater after. I checked the afcad with ADE and many parking spots are called Gate B 84 in the north terminals.

Nothing to do with the update, it must be an issue which was present since the release which nobody noticed before. We'll fix it as soon as possible.
