I just purchased the license for KCLT, entered it into the Addon Manager and have this large grey box that appears over the center of the airfield.
I've tried restarting P3d, reinstalling KCLT, none of which works. The Addon Manager shows I have the airport licensed.
What is the solution?

Here's a video of the issue:
Also getting some conflict with other scenery, as well as elevation problems.

Appreciate the help.
Have tried all the suggestions from the other post. Did not resolve the issue.
I'm using the 382.05 driver. Reinstalled, and using factory settings
Removed the p3d.cfg and allowed a default cfg file to be created.
Issue persists. Please help. All other FSDT airports are behaving normally.

I'm sorry, but I can only repeat and confirm it can only be a problem of the video drivers or the sim settings, we surely haven't modeled the EMAS like that, and if it was a problem of the scenery that happened to everyone, we would have had hundreds of reports by now, not just two.
Try to to force a rebuild of the P3D shaders, by removing this folder:
%LOCALAPPDATA%\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3d v3\Shaders
Start the sim, and wait a couple of minutes while it will recreate all the shaders.

Tried recreating the shaders - did not fix the issue.
I looked at the previous post. My issue seems to be very much different that what the other user reported.
The grey box extends the entire width of KCLT, and the height is greater than 4000ft.
Also, the ground below the buildings around the airport is black.
Have no idea what could be causing this.

Had to do some hunting, but finally found the issue.
Seems there was a trial version of KCLT from another developer in the scenery.cfg that was somehow still active. Not sure why this wasn't in the P3d scenery library. I removed the entries, had P3d rebuild the scenery cache and all is good.
Apologies for the false alarm. Airport looks fabulous. Great work.
