Title: Textures blurry, you cant see runways on short final, even on ground

I got the FSDT KLAX addon, and while I was at the gate, everything looked fine as far as the terminal. I line up on the runway, and I can only see half the runway clearly, but the other half is blurry and messed up. When I am on final approach, the airport is a big blurred mess. I cant tell where the runway is, and much more. The runway doesn't appear until

Ok, thank you. Is the video card settings within FSX or within the computer?
