Title: Scenery not loading correctly after second try?

Hey guys, so i am having a problem where when i install the scenery it install properly and shows all the buildings. As soon as open the sim and disable (uncheck) the scenery from the scenery library in fsx and recheck it again the scenery doesn't load up properly. I was wondering if there's a solution or if i always have to have it checked for the scenery to work? This problem never occurred before the release of Memphis scenery, so i am not sure if its a problem with any of the addons or something.

All FSDT sceneries are always been like that: you cannot deactivate/reactivate them in the Scenery Library without restarting FSX. Here's a post from Nov. 2014 (well before KMEM) which explains why:
