Title: JFK and GSX crashes FSX and will not load **SOLVED**

I know this is known, but if i load JFK or GSX my FSX crashes. The scenery will not appear and then the whole program crashes.   I click on the addon manager and the fsx crashes too.  It was working well (JFK and GSX,) , but then i had to uninstall them and when I reinstalled they crash. the whole FSX program.  Fsx works with the default scenery at other airports. It all started when i uninstalled the QW 757.  Everything was fine until then.   HELP! please.

Download and install the CURRENT Stand-Alone Addon Manager AFTER everything else

- Disable any antivirus/firewall program when installing

- Configuring the antivirus to EXCLUDE the following files from scanning:

YourFSXFolder\bglmanx.dll
YourFSXFolder\fsdreamteam\Couatl\Couatl.exe

- Only then, start FSX.
