Title: Lost Sales receipt

Hello

Had a HD failure some 3 weeks ago and unfortunately lost the sales receipt showing order number etc.
Also have Zurich and O'hare but fortunately those were backed up somewhere else and have managed
to reinstall them without a problem. Would appreciate getting a copy of the receipt for KJFK by email
as soon as possible so that I can reinstall. Please let me know if you need additional information.

Sorry to have to come back once again on this issue. But it appears that I did buy this product
but eseller site doesn't have a record of it, which is why I have not been able to recover any details.

The item was bought on the 10/10/2008 and was debited to my account on 13/10/2008
DC - Dri*Virtuali Softw for Pounds Sterling 18.25.

Would appreciate some feedback from you as there seems to be something amiss here with eseller.

I replied to you via email as well, the problem was you used 2 different emails for your purchases, and you probably forgot about the other one...
