Title: CYVR strange character for gate numbers with GSX **SOLVED**

I bought CYVR airport scenery with GSX
but when I arrive and find a gate by GSX at CYVR , there are numbers with "?"

for example Gate?6, Gate?7 .. with safedog?J

I've never experienced that before with other FSDreamteam scenery

Only it happened to CYVR

please, help me

That seems to be a problem with encoding, I guess your Windows is non-latin language ?

The issue it's just the "?/J", which is supposed to be "/J" instead, indicating the parking has a JETWAY. The "safedog", it's not a security dog, and it's not written like that, and (even in your screenshot) it's "Safedock, which correctly indicates that gate has a Safedock visual docking system.

So, the issue is JUST the "?" character instead of a "/", due to your Windows being not a latin/western version. Doesn't cause any issues, it's just cosmetic.

You mean that i need to change system locale for language kind of latin or western version.

my window 7 version is korean . it's not definitely latin or western one.

first, i am going to try to change system locale and then i will be back

I changed system locale to USA english and then GSX is showing proper the gate number of CYVR FSDreamteam
