What "problem" are you referring to ?

There's nothing to fix in the scenery, JFK ILS 22R is an offset localizer, 3 degrees left from the runway heading, check the chart that comes with the scenery, 22R has an approach course of 222 degrees, while 22L is aligned with the runway at 225 degrees.

If you want further visual "evidence" ot the offset localizer, have a look on maps:

https://www.google.it/maps/place/Aeroporto+John+Fitzgerald+Kennedy+International/@40.6289761,-73.7787276,268m/data=!3m1!1e3!4m2!3m1!1s0x89c26650d5404947:0xec4fb213489f11f0 (https://www.google.it/maps/place/Aeroporto+John+Fitzgerald+Kennedy+International/@40.6289761,-73.7787276,268m/data=!3m1!1e3!4m2!3m1!1s0x89c26650d5404947:0xec4fb213489f11f0)

Which shows the localizer antenna on the side of the runway, which makes an OFFSET ILS.
