Title: Loss of GSX

I got a critical error on FSX ( ran out of memory) and had to reboot and when I did GSX was missing along with coutal...how do I get them back? They were a purchase not a freebe. Do you need a date or purchase number first? I dont have that info off hand but I can dig for it if necessary.
