Title: Virus!? (WS.Reputation.1 in coutal.exe)
Post by: MacDac on September 01, 2014, 11:27:11 pm
My Norton just detected "WS.Reputation.1" in couatl.exe and couatl_updater.exe and has cause my whole flightsim to crash and quit working once Norton quarantined the bad file.  What is the deal?

The problem is that most anti-viruses mistakes these files for a virus even if it is not. Try excluding these files or all of the FSX/P3D folder (or both) and reinstall the scenery.

The deal is you have an invasive over-expensive antivirus program on your computer that is wrecking and blocking your computer.
