Majestic Q400 Dash-8 issue?

HI all:

Just installed GSX and am working through it.  It certainly looks fantastic and increases the immersion factor. 

Using the MQ400 Dash-8, at YBAS (an ORBX payware airport addon).

First requested (& got) the catering vehicles.  Completed OK.  I also noticed that the baggage loader showed up and parked adjacent to the correct baggage door.  The baggage train also appeared but simply drove near, then away (the baggage loader stayed).  Then requested (& got) the refueling vehicle.  Completed OK.

Am unable to request boarding, as the GSX "Activate Ground Services" window still shows that the "Catering vehicles are on the way," and when I request boarding, the window says "Boarding requested.  Waiting for other services to complete" (despite all previous services were completed).

The Q400 doors seem to be configured correctly.

Any ideas?

UPDATE:

This might have been a parking position issue.  Moved over a couple of ramps and the procedures completed successfully, in sequence. 

Would it be worth modifying that (preferred) ramp so that it works as well?

It's only marginally related to the parking position, the real problem is that, an airplane that will call up for a catering truck in the rear and a catering mini-van in the front, will result in the catering vehicles being stuck, it's a bug we must fix (even if it affects a very small number or planes), but can be fixed in the meantime by removing the front service door from the airplane configuration.
