GSX not functional on other user accounts/windows 8

Hi,

Installed successfully on my account on Windows 8, runs just fine. However, when my son logs into his account to run FSX, FSX runs perfectly but GSX doesn't show up on the addons menu and doesn't seem to be running. Hasn't been an issue for any other FSX program addon or download, just GSX.

Any help/thoughts appreciated.

Try to reinstall GSX into the other account as well.

It won't duplicate files (except user preferences), but it might be needed. Note that, the Serial Number is stored in the user account, so you will have to register the serial in each user account, although it won't count as an additional activation, since the hardware is the same.
