All FSDT airports are messed up.

I have the problem, that all my 7 FSDT airports have dislocated buildings and jetways. I don't know why.
For instance I have included a jpeg from JFK2 to show that problem. I have JFK placed at top priority (Nr.1) in my scenery library. But the buildings looked wrongly located, the jetways stand around alone and the planes from "My Traffic professional" go through buildings etc.

Can you explain to me what is wrong. Other airports I have, don't seem to have this problem!

Another example is Flesland from Cloud9 Bergen. The jetways are to the right and it shows two runways over each other.

That's very simple: the AFCAD that comes with My Traffic have created this conflict, so FSX use them instead of the ones from FSDT. Those additional AFCADs should be used ONLY with default airports, but must be removed if you have ad add-on airport.

Use the free FSX Airport Scanner tool to search for AFCAD duplicates and remove them. If that tool can't find them, search the My Traffic folder with .BGLs, and remove all that have a matching ICAO/Name related to your FSDT airports.

Other airports I have, don't seem to have this problem!

Because such conflict will only appear if the airport includes certains elements, like animated jetways and/or special effects, if the other airports you have don't have any of this, they won't be affected.

It seems to work also if I just put the mytraffic scenery at a lower priority in the scenery config then the addon scenery.
Can you verify that? Or must I actually rename those bgls in the mytraffic folder?

It's safer if you remove them.
