GSX Add On Manager Update Error

After downloading the latest version of the stand alone add on manager I keep getting an "No Internet connection available, press Next to use local bglmanx files" message in regards to downloading the GSX files. 

1. I am connected to the internet.

2.  It downloads the rest of the files just fine, the moment it tries to download "gsx_vehicles_update3_fsx_setup.exe" is when I get the message.

3. All of the required firewall permissions to allow the add on manager to access the internet are in place.

As already discussed in other threads, we had one of our two mirrors down because of too much bandwidth used due to the Black Friday sale. Only one of thm is currently unavailable, but the installer will randomly select which one to use so, just try again until it finds the one that is up.
