HEY GUYS...
I found a big culprit causing a lot of fuss on my system. My traffic Software (MyTraffic pro) wasn't working and scenery files from FSDT were not functioning right.
The culprit is the scenery library Editor of P3Dv2! It's not working right or at all and doesn't renumber the area layers (which seems to be important).
If you edit the scenery.cfg file by hand or even better with Addit! pro (which can auto-renumber layers), run Addon Manager after that, and then start P3Dv2 - voila, everything works great!I am so happy now
