Ok, now the next step: re-enable each scenery one by one, until you'll eventually find which one contains the corrupted/problematic file.

I found the file with a problem.

It was RJFR's Scenery of free add-on in "1002 Base" folder.
When two "bgl" files related to this were disable, GSX could function normally.
I solved the problem by having deleted the scenery.

I think that "FSX Booster 2013" and "fsx.cfg" were not related.
(It is running now.)
