AI aircraft sink in ground after pushback start
« on: January 05, 2014, 07:24:34 pm »
I went through a reinstall recently and ever since I have the strangest problem with GSX.
As soon as I start GSX pushback (might even be any GSX function), all my AI aircraft sink into the ground, nose down.
The problem is independent of airport. I've had it at each airport I've tried.
Screenshots are taken at FSDT KORD v2.

Any suggestion to what might be happening here?

Since GSX doesn't touch other AI planes, and doesn't surely change the airport elevation, I don't see how this could be related in any way to GSX. Nobody ever reported it before.

Which airplane you use ? Have you tried with a default airplane ?

Thanks for the fast response.
I've been using the PMDG NGX and the Aerosoft Airbus X Extended. AI traffic is UT2 with additional airlines and aircraft.
I will try some tests tomorrow with a default setting and UT2 disabled.

Finally figured it out. It didn't have anything to do with GSX or what ever addon. Cause was the decimal symbol in the Windows regional settings. It was set to a comma. Changing it to a point solved the problem..... (sigh... the wonderful world of Microsoft Windows.....).
